Refund Policy

We maintain a strict No Refund, No Return, and No Cancellation Policy, except in cases where the product is defective, damaged during shipping, missing from the order, or if the wrong item was sent. Claims for such issues must be made within 3 days of delivery, and must be supported by an unedited opening video of the parcel. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the return is approved after review, a replacement or refund (excluding shipping fees) will be issued. Refunds are processed within 10 working days. Cancellations are not permitted once an order is confirmed and the pickup process has started.
